Slate is a brand new EV truck that offers next level personalization. It allows buyers to customize their vehicle by turning it into an SUV, wrapping it with any design and fit hundreds of accessories.
To launch this one-of-a-kind vehicle, we created a campaign to show the radically different ways the truck could be personalized for businesses like a Feline Therapist, a Witch on Demand or a ride-share that rocks your baby to sleep. We strategically parked these vehicles on Abbott Kinney in Los Angeles with no Slate branding so passersby, influencers and press could discover them. Each car was equipped with a QR code that led to cryptic teaser websites, counting down to the official launch day.
The final piece? A mock-umentary film following the life of one of our customers — a man with a struggling Human-Taxidermy business.
